The Parachuting course A.F.F. (Accelerated Free Fall) is undoubtedly the best and safest way to approach Free Flight. With the course technique AFF we learn the fundamental notions related to safety, we learn to control our body during free fall and to fly with a parachute, landing gently in the pre-established area.
