Weather permitting we will visit this paradise on earth, the beach of Eloro, inside the natural reserve of Vendicari,
crystal clear water and very fine sand, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and freshwater marshes.
At 10:30 practice yoga, 11 30 Surya Namaskara and Acro yoga, until exhausted accumulated vital energy.
since we will not find anything apart from the Mediterranean scrub, I suggest to bring water food and tools (djambe didjeridoo, castanets, crush thoughts) to share,
